What will happen if I enter an incorrect mobile number (Wrong recharge)?




When the transaction is in process, your request for recharge is sent to the operator. If the mobile number is not available with the operator/ circle chosen for recharge, the recharge will fail and refunds will be processed within 2 working days. However, if the mobile number provided is available with the Operator, it would be recharged, even if a wrong number was entered by the customer, and no refunds would be available.
